Return & Exchange Policy

Unworn products purchased at Top Buy Store Inc can be returned for full credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns will not be accepted after the 30-day period.

To determine if the boots fit properly, please test them inside in a clean environment. We cannot accept returns for footwear that are the wrong size that has been worn on the worksite. In order for a product to qualify for a return, it must be unworn, and in new condition with the original package and receipt. * Warranty For Defective Product

Our products are warrantied against any manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty, however, is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear. Nor does it apply to a product that has been damaged by misuse, neglect, accident, modification or unauthorized repair. Examples of what is not considered defective:

  • Worn stitching, worn soles or frayed webbing due to normal wear Broken or damaged laces, lace retention devices and worn soles
  • Improper fit. Fit is the responsibility of the owner and should be assured within the return window
  • Comfort issues If a defect occurs within 30 days of the date of purchase, the product will be repaired or replaced by Top Buy Store Incyfree of charge.

If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at jennyattbs@gmail.com and include the following:

  • Pictures of internal tags showing style number and size
  • Product in its entirety
  • Bottom of soles showing tread
  • Defective area
  • Additionally, please include proof of purchase within 6 months and an explanation of the problem

Q: My new shoes have given me blisters. Can I return them as defective?

A: It is not uncommon to get blisters when your shoes/boot are new as the materials are more rigid and will need to be broken in. Unfortunately, this is not a defect. Please try the boots on inside before wearing them on the worksite. If you feel the fit is too tight or not correct for your foot we can offer you an exchange or return. We cannot accept returns for boots that are the wrong size that has been worn on the worksite.

Q: While on the worksite today I chipped the leather toe on my boot. Can I return these boots as defective?

A: Scratches and toe chips are not defects - they are wear and tear. If your position causes the boots to scratch and chip easily you may need to purchase boots that come with a toe bumper. This will give you added protection.
