CANADA SHIPPING POLICY:Due to the increase in inflation, we have reduced our profit margin and are doing our best to give our customers the best price on the market. We offer free shipping to customers who purchase over $ 199 before tax.
- We offer next-business-day delivery in our delivery zone. It will be charged for $10.99 before tax and free when the purchase amount exceeds $199.99.
- We offer local pickup at our Warehouse in NorthYork, Ontario. When checking out please select "Local Pickup" and select a date and time you'd like to arrive to pick up your order.
- In the case of orders of less than $199, a shipping fee of $10.99 in Ontario and Quebec plus tax will be added at the time of checkout, and $12.99 in other Provinces.
Order Processing Time

For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result, on occasion there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated.

Canada Post is our main shipping courier, we also use UPS, DHL, FedEx and other Couriers when Canada post is facing a backlog of packages.

Our delivery will take 3 - 20 business days; However please expect 2 - 3 weeks of delivery ( Due to the Covid-19 situation, unprecedented amounts of delivered packages by Online Shopping that shipping companies are working through and the act of Safety Standard for their workers ) delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order

We will provide you with a tracking number in a Shipment Confirmation to your Email or Mobile before tracking information appears on the appropriate carrier's website.

You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you have received the tracking number/ID. The reason for this time lag is that the courier services do take some time to update the status of the order.

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via Live Chat, email at info@topbuystore.com, (647) 955-6100. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

Once your order has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address, your name or cancel the order.

All packages returned to us due to wrong shipping information or unable delivered will be refunded minus a return shipping fee and 10 % restocking fee.

When deliveries go wrong

Once it's resolved, you will receive a refund within 5 - 7 business days.

Shipping is a service you purchase from Canada Post or other Couriers along with your order from us, so any lost or damaged package will be handled and refunded by them.
